1. What was your college major? Did you ever change majors? I graduated with a bachelor of arts in English. However, I had two other majors. My first major was early childhood education and my second was recreation & sports management. Before I found the sports management major (which is what I wanted to stick with), I had already been in college a while. I would have had to be there for another 3-3 1/2 years if I stuck with that major. I switched to English because I got done in 3 semesters. The only classes I enjoyed as an English major were my creative writing classes and my class on Charles Dickens. My dream job is to work with kids as a kindergarten aid or a child's librarian. 2. Monday Morning Gossip for 6/23/14 Saturday: In the morning, I got my summer haircut. I love that my mom went to beauty school for hair because she always gives me the best haircuts. In the afternoon, I went shopping for a few things I needed before I go to NY next month to visit my family and home state. I will be going for 4 weeks and I'm so excited and happy to have so much quality time with my family. I came home from shopping and watched the rest of the Mets & Yankees games. ^Summer haircut^ Sunday: I spent the majority of the day boating with my mom and step-dad. We had a really fun time. The water was so refreshing! At night, my mom and I watched the series premiere of Rising Star and my picture was shown on TV on the wall of people who voted for that performer. I received my Pop Sugar Must Have Box for June earlier this month and I absolutely loved it. This is my favorite box to date! The box for May was amazing as well. Monday Morning Gossip for 6/16/14 Saturday:  I spent the morning and early afternoon around the house, relaxing. I watched the afternoon baseball games and went on the computer for a while. Monday Morning Gossip for 6/9/14 Saturday:  I spent the day just relaxing. I finished Lea Michele's book, Brunette Ambition. I read this book in a day and a half. I absolutely adore her and the book was wonderful. It had tips in there as well as some great recipes for food & beauty things like a hair masque she uses. It's a really fun read. I also cleaned out the drawers that I keep my lounge/pajama clothes in and cleaned/sorted through some stuff. I worked at night and then I came home and I watched the last 10 minutes of the 1st overtime and the 2nd overtime of the Stanley Cup Finals. 1. When do you take time out for you? I try to take some time out of everyday for myself. Things I like to do are: spend time with my family, read, blog/go on the computer, watch TV shows & movies, scrapbook, & shop. 2. What do you find to be your biggest weakness? Sweets, especially ice cream, cupcakes, candy, & cake. I've been trying to do better though. ^Sprinkles cupcakes.
