This weekend was a very lazy & relaxing one! Saturday: I spent the majority of the day watching Christmas movies with my mom. I also read for a while. The movies we watched are all ones we own on DVD: The Christmas Shoes, The Christmas Blessing, A Family Thanksgiving, On Strike For Christmas, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, and The Family Stone. This edition of Friday Five is going to be about 5 things I'm thankful for. One: My amazing family I have the most amazing family and I'm so thankful and blessed to call them "mine". I love being a daughter, sister, aunt, step-daughter, niece, cousin, and grand-daughter to the amazing family members God has blessed me with. I'm super blessed to be an aunt to 9 amazing and incredible nieces and nephews. I'm so incredibly lucky to have two amazing fur babies whom I love to pieces. Two: My best friend, my mom My mom is hands down my best friend. I love spending time with her. We can talk for hours, we always make each other laugh, and we go to each other for advice. Without my mom's guidance, support, and love, I wouldn't be the person I am today. Thank you, Mom. Three: My job I'm so blessed to have a job that I love going to. Working with kids is such a rewarding experience. I hope (someday soon) to find a full time job w

Saturday: I spent the morning home and early afternoon home relaxing. I also vaccumed. I took my mom, step-dad, and step-grandma out for dinner at Outback to celebrate my step-dad's birthday. It was my birthday gif to him. After we got back home, I read for a while and then my mom and I watched Northpole on the Hallmark Channel. I love Josh Hopkins as well as Tiffani Theissan & Bailee Madison and I really loved and enjoyed the movie. Davey & Pumpkin are driving me nuts by chewing on it so much. I wrote all the birthdays and anniversaries in my 2015 planner while watching some shows I had on the DVR. One: The holiday season (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's Eve) I'm so excited that the holiday season is here. I'm going to put my tree in my room this weekend. It may be early but I can't help myself. I have also been listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies since November 1st. Call me crazy but I love spending all of November & December celebrating the holiday season. Monday Morning Gossip for 11/3/14 Saturday: I spent the day relaxing at home. It was really cold and rainy here so it was the perfect day to do so. I also cleaned my bathroom. I watched my first Christmas movie of the season as well. Sunday: My mom and I went to church in the morning. Then we went to a few stores (Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Francesa's). I got a few things at Barnes & Noble and a new anti-bac holder at Bath & Body Works since I misplaced mine. I treated my mom to lunch at PF Changs, one of our favorite restaurants. After lunch, we went to Costco and Kroger. I got an iced PSL at Starbucks at the grocery store as well. I came home and I spent some time on the computer while watching the Broncos/Patriots game. I didn't like the outcome of that game at all. After dinner, I spent the rest of the night reading.
