I didn't read as much as I wanted to in June as I was busy watching sports but I loved all of the books I did get around to reading this month!
Good Grief -Sara Goodman Confino
My Rating: 4.5 stars
This was Sara Goodman Confino's novel that came out last year. Her novels are so good. I would say that her books are a good mix of fiction/romance and they usually take place earlier in history. This novel takes place in the 60's. A few years ago, I downloaded one of her books for free on Kindle Unlimited that looked interesting, loved it, and then read her backlist. "A mother- and daughter-in-law. To move on, one of them will have to move out in a hopeful and hilarious novel about widowhood and family friction by the bestselling author of Don’t Forget to Write." I thought this novel was beautiful. Sara Goodman Confino's writing is just so wonderful.
Off the Record -Sara Goodman Confino
My Rating: 4.5 stars
This is Sara Goodman Confino's latest release. This book also takes place in the 60's. "An aspiring newspaper reporter comes across a mystery that threatens to turn the Cold War hot in a funny, thrilling, and strictly undercover romantic comedy by the bestselling author of Don’t Forget to Write." Once again, another beautiful novel! Also, how pretty are the covers of her books? I love the colors together on this cover.
Down with the Shipmans -Meg Mitchell Moore
My Rating: 4.5 stars
I love Meg Mitchell Moore's novels and this is her latest release. "From the bestselling author of Mansion Beach, a summery drama following three sisters who return to their childhood home, each with their own secret, perfect for readers of Sandwich and Pineapple Street." Once again, Meg Mitchell Moore hit it out of the park with this one. I highly recommend all of her novels. I think I have read them all except one and I have it on my Kindle but haven't read it yet.
So Old, So Young -Grant Ginder
My Rating: 5 stars
This is the first novel I read by Grant Ginder and I absolutely loved it. I want to read his back list now.
"Six Friends.
Five Parties.
Twenty Years…
How did we get So Old, So Young?
From Grant Ginder, the bestselling author of The People We Hate at the Wedding, comes a novel of impending millennial middle age that is part love story, part tragic comedy. Five parties over the course of two decades bring six college friends together, exploring the ways we can run from and cling to our friends in love, life, and death."

I thought this book was really great and I loved the different POV's.
