Books Read in February 2020

Let's All Be Brave: Living Life With Everything You Have -Annie F. Downs

I really enjoyed this book. I rated it 4 stars on Goodreads. When I started reading this book, I also started reading a devotional book I have by Annie F. Downs called 100 Days To Brave: Devotions for Unlocking Your Most Courageous Self.

I Heart Hawaii -Lindsey Kelk

This is the last novel in the I Heart series and I loved it just as much as all of the other books. I highly recommend this series. I rated this book 4 stars.

Field Notes on Love -Jennifer E. Smith

I really loved this book and it's my favorite book that I read in February. I really loved the story line, the characters, and the settings. I highly recommend this book. I rated it 5 stars.

The Garden of Small Beginnings -Abbi Waxman

I really enjoyed this book. I read The Bookish Life of Nina Hill by this author last year and it was one of my favorite novels of the year. I found out she had written two other books before that one and rented them from my library. (I read the second book in March) I recommend this author's novels so very much. I rated this book 4 stars.

What was your favorite book you read in February?

    1. Chick lit/rom-com is one of my favorite genres. I also love mystery and YA and most fiction books. Thank you for the comment. I really enjoy Abbi Waxman novels too and I'm so excited for her new novel to be released later this year.

Books Read in February 2022

The Code For Love & Heartbreak -Jillian Cantor I saw this book on sale for $10 and thought it looked interesting. It was a cute story line. A little repetitive at places but overall I enjoyed it. I rated it 3 stars on the Goodreads website. When Less Becomes More -Emily Ley I love Emily Ley's books and I had the pleasure of meeting her at one of the Wild For Planners Go Wild Planner conferences. She is super sweet! I really enjoy her personal development books. I rated this book 3 stars. Heartstopper (Volume 4) -Alice Oseman I love this series so much. I love graphic novels and I really wish my library had more of them. I rated this book 4 stars. Bad Moms -Nora McInerny I like this movie (and the sequel A Bad Mom's Christmas) and I saw this at a discount store and I had no idea it was made into a novel. I enjoyed it. It wasn't my favorite book ever since I knew everything that happened since it stuck very close to the movie. I rated it 3 stars. Life, Unscheduled -K...

Books Read in January 2022

Heartstopper (Volume 3) -Alice Oseman While I was back home visiting my family for Christmas, I went to the mall with my dad and my nephews but I've been dealing with some health issues and my pain was really bad that day (and the mall was super crowded) so I ended up sitting in a chair at Barnes & Noble and reading the first two volumes of the Heartstopper series while they were shopping. I like this series. I love graphic novels but my library system doesn't have a lot of the ones I want to read and I will not buy graphic novels because I read them in a day. I rated this book 3 stars. Blame It On The Mistletoe -Beth Garrod I absolutely adored and loved this book so much. The characters, the plot, the setting... I loved it all. I rated this book 5 stars. Adequate Yearly Progress -Roxanna Elden I did not enjoy this book at all. I rated it 1 star. All I Want For Christmas -Wendy Loggia This is another super cute Christmas novel. I wasn't able to get to all of the Chr...

Books Read In December 2021 & End of Year Book Survey

In December, I read 6 books. The first three books I read are apart of a series. The series is called Moose Springs, Alaska by Sarah Morgenthaler. I rated all three of these books 3 stars on the Goodreads website. This was a super cute series. I really enjoyed these books. They were fun, light reads. I think the fourth book in the series comes out in 2021. Book 1: The Tourist Attraction Book 2: Mistletoe & Mr. Right Book 3: Enjoy The View The Holiday Switch -Tif Marcelo I loved this book so much. It was such a cute, fun, and festive read. This is on my list of my favorite books I've read this year. I rated this book 4 stars. The last two books I read this month are also apart of a series. I rated both of them 3 stars. Heartstopper (Volume 1) & Heartstopper (Volume 2) -Alice Oseman Top 10 Favorite Books of the Year: 1.       Malibu Rising –Taylor Jenkins Reid 2.               ...
