1. What We're Eating This Week... Monday, we had pasta & meatballs and Tuesday night we had leftovers. I'm not sure about the rest of the week though. 2. What I'm Reminiscing About... Honestly? Nothing at the moment which is a rarity for me. 3. What I'm Loving... That I'm 3 lbs. away from my first weight loss goal! Since November, I've lost 27 lbs. I'm snacking less, writing down everything that I eat and drink during the day, taking a lot of walks, cutting back on portion sizes, and choosing better food options. 4. What I've Been Up To... I'm still trying to get all of my energy back and feel 100% after having my tonsils out a month ago. I also have been continuing to substitute. 5. What I'm Dreading... Nothing at the moment. 6.
