  The Anniverary -Alex Finlay My Rating: 5 stars Alex Finlay does it again. This mystery novel is so good. I love his writing. " The Anniversary is an utterly compelling story of the hunt for a serial killer. But it’s also a heartfelt—and heartrending—novel about fate, innocence lost, and two souls who find that sometimes being broken is the only way for the light to get in." I highly recommend all of his novels. It was a really great thriller with lots of twists and turns. This is the first Freida McFadden novel I've read and I definitely want to read more of her novels in the future. The Housemaid's Secret -Freida McFadden My Rating: 4 stars This is the second novel in the Housemaid series and I loved it just as much as I loved the first novel. I really like this author's style of writing. Heartstopper: Volume 5 -Alice Oseman My Rating: 3 stars I was in Barnes & Noble and decided to sit in the café and read this novel. I don't like to buy graphic novels because I read them in one day and I don't find myself wanting to re-read them.   Never Stop: Life, Leadership, and What It Takes To Be Great -Dan Hurley with Ian O'Conner My Rating: 4 stars I really like Dan Hurley, who is the head coach of UConn Men's basketball (I'm not a UConn fan, I'm a Duke fan) and I was so excited to find out he was coming out with a book. I really enjoyed this book and getting a in depth look at his life and his coaching. Meet Me Under The Lights -Cassie Miller My Rating: 3.5 stars This YA novel was really good. I enjoyed it. Goodreads says " My Life with the Walter Boys   meets  The Notebook  in this small town baseball romance perfect for fans of Kasie West and Carley Fortune." I wouldn't compare this novel to The Notebook but I did enjoy it. I also liked that it was dual POV between the female MC and male MC/her love interest. Finlay Donovan Crosses The Line (Book #6) -Elle Cosimano My Rating: 4.5 stars Another great novel in the Finlay Donovan series. I love this series so much. Every book is just so fun ...

  Change of Plans –Sarah Dessen My Rating: 4 stars (really 4.5) From acclaimed and #1 New York Times bestselling author Sarah Dessen comes a romantic coming-of-age novel about an unassuming girl who learns to stand on her own while falling in love during a life-changing summer. This is Sarah Dessen’s first novel in a number of years and I am so excited to have a new release from her. This novel is expected to be published May 5th, 2026. I won this book in a giveaway on Goodreads. I’m not allowed to really say anything about the book as it has yet to be published but I will say that I loved it so much and I really hope Sarah Dessen doesn’t have another big gap between publishing novels because I love her writing so much. I’m pretty sure I’ve rated all of her novels either 4 or 5 stars.
