What's Up Wednesday: February 2020

What We're Eating This Week... Monday: Buffalo Wild Wings (my go to order: Crispy chicken wrap with no sauce and French Fries) Tuesday: We had some appetizers left over from the Superbowl that we never used so we all split some pigs in a blanket, mozzarella sticks, and a frozen pizza. I'm not sure about the rest of the week. What I'm Reminiscing About... The 2019 Wild for Planners Go Wild Planner conference. I'm so sad that I'm unable to attend the 2020 conference but I hope I can attend again in 2021. What I'm Loving... Spending time with my mom, spending time with my friend A and her son B, spending time with my cats, reading, watching TV shows and movies. What I've Been Up To... Spending time with family and friends, making planner videos, watching TV/movies and Youtube, reading. What I'm Dreading... This isn't something I'm dreading, rather it's something that is annoying me. There are so man

Go Wild 2019 Planner Conference

In 2011, I purchased my first Erin Condren Life Planner. Fast forward a few years later and I started joining planner/planning related groups on Facebook. I found the group Planners Gone Wild and I've met so many amazing friends throughout the planner community because of this group. The admins of the Planners Gone Wild group put on a huge planner conference once a year called Go Wild. In 2016, the first Go Wild was in New Orleans. I did not attend that one. The admins knock the Go Wild planner conferences out of the park each and every time. Their attention to detail is impeccable. All of the sponsors, speakers, volunteers, entertainment, etc. do so much work for this event and it truly is a huge accomplishment that they pull off each year. In 2017, they had the conference in Nashville, TN and that was my first conference that I attended. Here is a blog post about that trip:  Go Wild 2017 . In 2018, they had the conference in Austin, Texas. Here is a blog post about t

1. Davey is 12 My fur-baby Davey Eli is 12 years old today. He is such a love bug. I love him so much and I'm so blessed that he came into my life. 2. Valentine's Day Happy Valentine's Day. I'm single but I still love this holiday (and all holidays). I spent the day re-watching old episodes of Chicago PD (my favorite show), and snuggling with my cats. I had Chick Fil A for an early dinner. I'm going to spend some time on the computer, film a Youtube video, and watch some movies later on. Credit: Heather Stillufsen @  This Link 3. Current Favorite TV Shows I watch a lot of TV shows but here are the TV shows currently on air (I might be missing a couple because I'm trying to remember them off the top of my head): Chicago PD Chicago Fire Chicago Med Survivor Real Housewives of New Jersey (the only Housewife franchise I watch) Dare Me Grey's Anatomy Law & Order: SVU A Million Little Things Station 19

Books Read in January 2019

In January, I re-read two Christmas novels that I had previously read and loved and wanted to re-read. I also read one new Christmas novel as well. All of my Christmas books are put away now until next November/December. My True Love Gave To Me: Twelve Holiday Stories I loved this book when I first read it and knew I wanted to re-read it every year at Christmas time. I didn't get a chance to read this one in December so it was my first read of January. I still loved the book just as much as when I first read it. I rated it 5 stars on Goodreads. Scenes From A Holiday - Laurie Graff, Caren Lissner, Melanie Murray Another holiday themed re-read that I loved. It has three seasonal stories (one Christmas themed, one Hanukkah themed, and one New Year's themed) from three different authors. I rated this book 4 stars on Goodreads. I'll Be Home For Christmas -Karen Clarke I enjoyed this book so much. The setting, the theme, the characte
