1. Mother’s Day

This Sunday is Mother's Day. My mom is my best friend in the entire world and I'm so blessed to have her as my mom and my best friend. If I'm half the woman my mom is, I will be so lucky. She is my rock, my constant support system, my partner in crime. Mom, thank you for all that you are and all that you do. I love you so very much.

2. New Lotion

I recently purchased the Bombshell Paradise lotion from Victoria's Secret and I'm obsessed with the scent. It's definitely my favorite lotion and I hope they keep this scent around for a long time.

3. Status: Bookworm

I have always been a bookworm since I was a young child. In late elementary school, I would bring an empty backpack and walk up to library (which was 2 blocks from my house) and I would spend hours at the library. When I had checked out with my books, I put a quarter in the pay phone to call my mom to come pick me up because I couldn’t walk home because my backpack was filled with books and I could barely walk with it on my back.

5. Book Read In April

I only read one book in April as I had a lot going on. I read Life Uploaded by Sierra Furtado. It is a Young Adult novel. It wasn’t my favorite book but I did enjoy it a lot. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars.
