What's Up Wednesday: April Edition

What We’re Eating This Week…
Monday: Leftovers from Easter (ham, twice baked potatoes, veggies)
Tuesday: Pasta with clams and a white wine sauce
Wednesday: Cobb salad with blackened shrimp (ate out)
I'm not sure about the rest of the week.

What I’m Reminiscing About…
My trips to NY to see my family. I grew up in NY and moved down South when I was 16 ½. I have been taking trips back to visit family ever since moving down here. While I was in H.S. and college and before I started working, I was able to visit a lot more often. Nowadays, I don’t get to go back to visit nearly as often but I always cherish the times I do get to go back and visit and I always look back fondly on all of the memories made during my trips back.

What I’m Loving…
Visits from family, quality time with my nephews & niece, time with friends.

What I’ve Been Up To…
In the beginning of the month, I had lunch with my friend L and then later that night had dinner with my friend A and we went to a few stores. On the 13th, I went out to dinner with my friend L and we went to Target & TJ Maxx. I had two visits from family during this month and it was so great to spend quality time with my siblings, nephews, and niece.

What I’m Dreading…
Bills. All of these doctor appointments to try and figure out the pain in my hip and back have been adding up and it has not been pretty on my bank account.

What I’m Working On…
A list of upcoming Youtube videos and blog posts I want to film/post.

What I’m Excited About…
Family visits, an upcoming trip.

What I’m Watching/Reading…
Watching: My regular TV shows, baseball, the NBA playoffs (Go 76er’s), and old episodes of Beverly Hills 90210
Reading: Nothing at the moment. I didn’t do well with my reading this month. I only read one book.

What I’m Listening To…
Lots of country music, including Kenny Chesney, Brett Young & more.

What I’m Wearing…
T-shirts & jeans/leggings when I’m out, comfy clothes & pajamas when I’m home.

What I’m Doing This Weekend…
I'm not sure yet.

What I’m Looking Forward To Next Month…

I have a trip planned with my mom. I’m also excited for Mother’s Day and birthdays: my niece M, some of my friends and my friend’s son have birthdays in May.  Other things I'm excited for: NBA playoffs, baseball.

What Else Is New…

I think I covered everything.
