What's Up Wednesday: March 2026 Edition

What We're Eating This Week...

Monday: Fish & veggies
Tuesday: Chicken & veggies
Wednesday: Pizza
Thursday: Late lunch.
Friday: Mac & cheese from Trader Joe's
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner
Sunday: Corn beef, cabbage, veggies, and Irish soda bread. We didn't have our Irish meal on St. Patrick's Day because we had bloodwork scheduled for the following day.

What I'm Reminiscing About...

All of my trips to visit my nephews and nieces when they were growing up. I can't believe how fast time flies and how fast my nephews and nieces have grown and are growing up. Right now, I have 2 nephews and 2 nieces in college, nephew who is a senior in HS, niece who is a junior in HS, nephew who is a sophomore in HS, nephew who is a freshman in HS, nephew in 5th grade, and nephew in 3rd grade.

What I'm Loving...

March Madness!

What I've Been Up To...

My nephew and his basketball team won their county championship game and then they won the championship game against the winner of the other county game. Unfortunately, they lost in the next round of the championship games. They played so great and only lost by 4 points. If they had won that game, they would have had to play in two more games and win both and they would have the state championship. I am so damn proud of my nephew and his team and they made school history! I saw Scream 7 and I absolutely loved it. I'm not a big horror movie fan but I do love the Scream movies so much (and I enjoy about 10 other ones, lol). I've been spending time with mom and I've also been watching tons of college basketball.

What I'm Dreading...

Nothing at the moment.

What I'm Working On...

Filming videos for my YT channel and working on my content schedule for April.

What I'm Excited About...

Tomorrow is Opening Day for baseball! Let's Go Mets!

What I'm Watching/Reading...

Watching: The Recruit (seasons 1 & 2) on Netflix. I am very upset that they canceled this show. Virgin River season 7 on Netflix, all of my TV shows including the new season of Survivor, and lots of college basketball.
Reading: I have only read 3 books this month because I've been so busy watching college basketball. I'm hoping to squeeze in one more book before the end of the month. My blog post will be about the books I read in March when the next My Month Is Booked blog link up opens!

What I'm Listening To...

Kenny Chesney, Sam Hunt, Morgan Wallen, George Birge, Michael Marcagi, Hilary Duff

What I'm Doing This Weekend...

Watching baseball and college basketball, cleaning my room.

What I'm Looking Forward To Next Month...

My sister C's birthday, my best friend A's birthday, watching lots of baseball, the continuation and championship game of the March Madness tournament, and the new Erin Condren planners launch!
