Here are the books I read in December 2023:


A Holly Jolly Ever After (A Christmas Notch #2) –Julie Murphy & Sierra Simone

My Rating: 4 stars

I really enjoyed this novel. I liked this one better than the first book in the series. The characters were all great especially the main characters.


Same Time, Next Year (A Novella) –Tessa Bailey

My Rating: 4 stars

This is the first thing I’ve read from Tessa Bailey and I can’t wait to read more. I loved the main characters so much and I honestly wish that this was a full length novel.


Faking Christmas –Cindy Steel

My Rating: 3 stars

I enjoyed this story. I loved the characters and enjoyed the fake dating trope.


Holiday Romance (Fitzpatrick Christmas #1) –Catherine Walsh

My Rating: 4 stars

I loved all of the characters in this book and I thought the storyline was so unique and creative.


Snowed In (Fitzpatrick Christmas #2) –Catherine Walsh

My Rating: 4 stars

Again, I loved all of the characters in this book. This book featured the fake dating trope, which I love.


Five Gold Rings –Kristen Bailey

My Rating:  4 stars

I really liked this book. I liked the relationship between the main characters and also the relationships between the main characters and their families.

  The Code For Love & Heartbreak -Jillian Cantor I saw this book on sale for $10 and thought it looked interesting. It was a cute story line. A little repetitive at places but overall I enjoyed it. Books Read in January 2022

  Heartstopper (Volume 3) -Alice Oseman While I was back home visiting my family for Christmas, I went to the mall with my dad and my nephews but I've been dealing with some health issues and my pain was really bad that day (and the mall was super crowded) so I ended up sitting in a chair at Barnes & Noble and reading the first two volumes of the Heartstopper series while they were shopping. I like this series. I love graphic novels but my library system doesn't have a lot of the ones I want to read and I will not buy graphic novels because I read them in a day. I rated this book 3 stars. Blame It On The Mistletoe -Beth Garrod I absolutely adored and loved this book so much. The characters, the plot, the setting... I loved it all. I rated this book 5 stars. Books Read In December 2021 & End of Year Book Survey

  In December, I read 6 books. The first three books I read are apart of a series. The series is called Moose Springs, Alaska by Sarah Morgenthaler. I rated all three of these books 3 stars on the Goodreads website. This was a super cute series. I really enjoyed these books. They were fun, light reads. I think the fourth book in the series comes out in 2021. Book 1: The Tourist Attraction Book 2: Mistletoe & Mr. Right Book 3: Enjoy The View The Holiday Switch -Tif Marcelo I loved this book so much.
