What's Up Wednesday: March 2021 Edition

What We're Eating This Week...

Monday: Cheeseburger, fries, tomato and cucumber salad
Tuesday: Pasta
I'm not sure about the rest of the week.

What I'm Reminiscing About...

I'm still reminiscing about my trips back home to visit my family. I miss them so much. I can't wait until I can see them again. This auntie is missing her nephews and nieces so very much!

What I'm Loving...

Spending time with my mom, spending time with my cats, watching TV & Youtube. I got to hang out with my good friend on the 12th and it was so much fun!

What I've Been Up To...

Making Youtube videos, watching TV/movies/Youtube, listening to lots of music.

What I'm Dreading...

POLLEN and my allergies.

What I'm Working On...

My content schedule for my Youtube channel. I make planner related videos on Youtube and I have my videos planned through the end of July. I need to get some more ideas for August-December. I've also been doing a bunch of Spring cleaning in my room.

What I'm Excited About...

I got to see my Grandma for the first time in over a year on St. Patrick's Day and it was amazing. My mom, as always, made our traditional Irish meal and it was fantastic, as always.

What I'm Watching/Reading...

Watching: Regular TV shows, binge watched seasons 13-19 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Hallmark, HMM, & UP TV movies.
Reading: I read 5 books this month. I consider this good for this month because I've been in a reading rut. This month, I found that I'd rather be watching TV/movies or Youtube. Some months are like that though.

What I'm Listening To...

Lots of Eric Church. I heard one of his new songs on the radio (Hell of A View) and I got obsessed with it and now I'm obsessed with all of his music. My top 4 favorite singers are Kenny Chesney, Brett Young, Sam Hunt and now Eric Church!

What I'm Wearing...

Lots of lounge clothes/pajamas. When I do go out... shirts and leggings.

What I'm Doing This Weekend...

Celebrating Easter.

What I'm Looking Forward To Next Month...

BASEBALL IS BACK! I'm super excited. I'm obsessed with baseball and I'm so excited for the new season. Let's Go Mets! I'm also excited for my sister C's birthday, and my best friend A's birthday! On April 2nd, it's World Autism Awareness Day! :)

What Else Is New...

I think I covered everything.

  1. I'm catching up on reading my What's Up Wednesday posts a lot late :) I've been so excited about baseball lately too!!! I'm a Jays fan. And I'm currently in a major struggle with spring allergies so I feel you about the pollen. Booooo.

    1. Yay for baseball. Although my team just lost their last 4 games. :( It's so frustrating. I feel like my weight loss progress has been stuck because I haven't been able to go out for my walks. Hopefully it's gone soon! Thank you so much for reading & commenting! :)

Books Read in February 2022

The Code For Love & Heartbreak -Jillian Cantor I saw this book on sale for $10 and thought it looked interesting. It was a cute story line. A little repetitive at places but overall I enjoyed it. I rated it 3 stars on the Goodreads website. When Less Becomes More -Emily Ley I love Emily Ley's books and I had the pleasure of meeting her at one of the Wild For Planners Go Wild Planner conferences. She is super sweet! I really enjoy her personal development books. I rated this book 3 stars. Heartstopper (Volume 4) -Alice Oseman I love this series so much. I love graphic novels and I really wish my library had more of them. I rated this book 4 stars. Bad Moms -Nora McInerny I like this movie (and the sequel A Bad Mom's Christmas) and I saw this at a discount store and I had no idea it was made into a novel. I enjoyed it. It wasn't my favorite book ever since I knew everything that happened since it stuck very close to the movie. I rated it 3 stars. Life, Unscheduled -K...

Books Read in January 2022

Heartstopper (Volume 3) -Alice Oseman While I was back home visiting my family for Christmas, I went to the mall with my dad and my nephews but I've been dealing with some health issues and my pain was really bad that day (and the mall was super crowded) so I ended up sitting in a chair at Barnes & Noble and reading the first two volumes of the Heartstopper series while they were shopping. I like this series. I love graphic novels but my library system doesn't have a lot of the ones I want to read and I will not buy graphic novels because I read them in a day. I rated this book 3 stars. Blame It On The Mistletoe -Beth Garrod I absolutely adored and loved this book so much. The characters, the plot, the setting... I loved it all. I rated this book 5 stars. Adequate Yearly Progress -Roxanna Elden I did not enjoy this book at all. I rated it 1 star. All I Want For Christmas -Wendy Loggia This is another super cute Christmas novel. I wasn't able to get to all of the Chr...

Books Read In December 2021 & End of Year Book Survey

In December, I read 6 books. The first three books I read are apart of a series. The series is called Moose Springs, Alaska by Sarah Morgenthaler. I rated all three of these books 3 stars on the Goodreads website. This was a super cute series. I really enjoyed these books. They were fun, light reads. I think the fourth book in the series comes out in 2021. Book 1: The Tourist Attraction Book 2: Mistletoe & Mr. Right Book 3: Enjoy The View The Holiday Switch -Tif Marcelo I loved this book so much. It was such a cute, fun, and festive read. This is on my list of my favorite books I've read this year. I rated this book 4 stars. The last two books I read this month are also apart of a series. I rated both of them 3 stars. Heartstopper (Volume 1) & Heartstopper (Volume 2) -Alice Oseman Top 10 Favorite Books of the Year: 1.       Malibu Rising –Taylor Jenkins Reid 2.               ...
