Books Read in March 2020

Other People's Houses -Abbi Waxman

I loved this book so much. I read Abbi Waxman's other two novels and this one was just as great as the others. I highly recommend reading all three books. This story was told from multiple points of view and I love books like that. I rated this book 5 stars on Goodreads.

The Two Lives of Lydia Bird -Josie Silver

I loved this book so much that I think it will be one of my favorite books of the year. It was quite sad at certain times but I still loved everything about this story. I highly recommend this novel and I rated it 5 stars.

Dare Me -Megan Abbott

I really enjoyed this book. I watched the first season of the TV show based on the book and I knew I wanted to read the book as well. I definitely recommend both watching the first season of the TV show and reading the book. I rated this book 4 stars.

There's Someone Inside Your House -Stephanie Perkins

I was kind of nervous to read this novel because I can't handle really scary things but the book wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be. For me it felt more like a thrilling mystery but not too gory or anything like that. I rated this book 3 stars.

  4. I really like Abbi Waxman's books.

I enjoyed Dare Me as a book but thought the show was so horrible I couldn't watch. They did get the cheerleading part mostly right though, so that was good at least.

  8. The first and last ones are on my TBR, so happy to see more positive reviews for them! I have a Megan Abbott currently sitting on my bookshelf (Give Me Your Hand) so I'll probably read that one first, but I love reading books that turn into TV series or movies so adding this one as well!
