1. Planner Videos for my Youtube Channel

I started posting new planner videos to my Youtube channel this week. I posted some in the past. This week, I uploaded a PWM for the current week and an unboxing of the Erin Condren Seasonal Spring Surprise box. Here is the link to my Youtube channel if you want to check out those videos.

2. Baking/Cooking
This week, I made a strawberry cake (nothing fancy, just a box mix) and next week, I will be making a recipe I found from the cook at my job which is a fiesta tuna dish. I will also be making a Cobb salad. I love the Cobb salad that T.G.I. Fridays sells and I’m going to try and re-create it at home.

3. St. Patrick’s Day
This Sunday is St. Patrick’s Day. I’m 50% Irish and 50% Italian so we have always celebrated the holiday in my family. My mom makes the traditional Irish meal of corn beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and Irish Soda bread. My mom’s Irish Soda bread is the best.

4. Nephew J’s b-day
My nephew J, celebrates his birthday next week. Since we don’t live in the same state, unfortunately, I won’t get to see him for his special day. My brother, SIL, and my nephews will be visiting soon though so I’m very excited for that!

That's all I've got for today. Thanks for reading!

    1. Yes, I'm hoping to have a better filming set up once I'm in my own place but for right now this will work. I watch a lot of planner related Youtube videos! My mom and I are making another loaf of soda bread tomorrow and I can't wait.
