Here's what I read in April 2024:
Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice -Elle Cosimano
This book is so good but so sad at the same time. It’s a fictional story but based on real life events (the Ted Bundy case). I really love this author. She has two other novels, Luckiest Girl Alive, which was made into a Netflix movie), and The Favorite Sister.
Ick Factor (Revenge Series) -Morgan Elizabeth
I really loved this series. This is the last novel in the series. They are fun and easy reads and very enjoyable. I am going to continue to read more of Morgan Elizabeth’s novels. This is the first series I’ve read of hers.
Perfect Game -Megan Cousins
Any book that centers around baseball? Sign me up! I love this author so much. Her first series (the Wild Pitches series) was amazing and this is the first book in her new series and I loved it just as much!
Night Shift -Annie Crowns
I feel like this book was so heavy on
the smut that I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to. I did like the
relationship between the main characters and the main characters and their
friends. I also love the cover too.
Woke Up Like This -Amy Lea
I loved this book so much. I think
this is her only YA book that she’s written and I hope she writes more. I love
the characters and the whole novel was just a delight from start to finish.
Three Simple Rules -Mary Karlik
My Rating: 3 stars
I enjoyed this book and this author’s writing style. I thought it was cute and fun and quick Y.A. read.
Funny Story -Emily Henry
Another fantastic book from Emily
Henry! I loved every minute of this book. I highly recommend this novel.
For the Love of Friends -Sara Goodman Confino
This is my first novel I’ve read from
this author and I immediately borrowed her other two novels on Kindle after
finishing this one. My only critique of this book is that there are a lot of
characters to keep up with and I kept getting a little confused. Other than
that, I enjoyed this novel so much.
I loved this book. It is the second novel in The Agathas series, a mystery series. I love the main characters and their relationship with each other and their friend group.
Thanks for linking up! :] I'm going to be adding Woke Up Like This + Bright Young Women to my to-read list. I heard great things about Luckiest Girl Alive too!
ReplyDeleteOf course! Thank you for taking over the link-up! I hope you enjoy them! Jessica Knoll is a really great author. I've enjoyed all three of her novels.
