Monday Morning Gossip

Monday Morning Gossip for 6/16/14

Saturday:
I spent the morning and early afternoon around the house, relaxing. I watched the afternoon baseball games and went on the computer for a while. I had a Chick-Fil-A Grilled Market Salad for an early dinner before work (that salad is the best, I could seriously eat it every day). I worked 5-10 and after work, I came home and crashed early. It was so busy at work because of a special promotion going on so I was really tired.

Sunday:
I called my dad for Father's Day and spent a while talking to him. Then I called my brother for Father's Day and I spent a while talking to him and my nephews J & N. After that, I read a few chapters in my book and caught up on a bunch of blogs. I made some pasta for lunch and then I took a shower and got ready for work. I worked 3-7 (normal shift is 1:30-7) but we needed double coverage because the special promotion was ending today and we knew it would be very busy, so I needed to wait until 3 to come in because there are only two computers to work on. It was a very busy 4 hours but it went by really quickly. I got a salad from Dairy Queen for dinner and my mom picked up an ice cream cake for Father's Day for my step-dad, so we came home and I had my salad and a piece of ice cream cake. I then watched the last 4 episodes of The Vampire Diaries that I had on my DVR. I can't believe the season ended the way it did! I was so shocked!!
