Five on Friday/Friday Favorites: 1. Hurricane Florence This is definitely not a favorite as right now, we are in the middle of lots of rain and wind as Hurricane Florence is headed towards us. I worked a full day on Monday, on Tuesday we worked for one hour as only 2 kids showed up, and then we've had the rest of the week off. My anxiety is through the roof but I've been spending my time doing things I love: binge watching Chicago PD, listening to music, reading blogs, watching Youtube videos, planning in my planner, and reading. For everyone in the Hurricane's path, stay safe my friends! 2. David Wright's Retirement My favorite athlete, David Wright, will be playing his last game for the NY Mets on Saturday, September 29th. He has had a severe injury and also has a debilitating back issue and is no longer able to play the game he loves so dearly. I cried like a baby during his press conference.
